The Office assistant will be responsible for working in our office daily during business hours. They would answer calls from clients as well as any other vendors while working on accounting and human resources. They will be responsible for assisting the management staff with their duties by planning or maintaining schedules, assisting with human resources, preparing data reports, and provide reconciliation through AR/AP reports. This role requires strong knowledge in Microsoft Office365, Outlook, and accounting software. Prime candidates should have customer friendly appearance, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and a high attention to detail.

Commercial sales is a commission based role that would seek out commercial properties, buildings, and institutions that would enable BKR to provide facility maintenance, repairs, and trade services for institutions as well as business commerce locations. The candidate for this role should be approachable in nature, have an understanding of commercial properties, and be self motivated to complete tasks and goals in relation to increased sales opportunities. An ability to commute to and from appointments is a must and as such transportation is required.

Residential sales for BKR is to network and reach the community about all of the amazing services BKR has to offer the home owner. The sales associate will reach out to new leads that they generate as well as any customers who contact BKR directly from previous services. They will be responsible for developing the client portfolio, ascertain the tasks and needs of the client, devise a written proposal, create a project task and scope, then present the client with an offer of our services. Once the project is started the sales team will continue communication with the service technicians and client to manage the professional outcome of their project.

A field technician supervisor will be responsible for leading the technician teams in the starting to finishing of the client requested project. A strong ability to lead a crew as well as a strong knowledge in skilled trades is a must. This role will be responsible for not only the teams production, but also the teams training and documentation of all tasks at the job site. A supervisor will also maintain BKR values while on site with Safety being the first and upmost priority. This candidate shall be able to commute with company vehicles, trailers, and will have a excellent driving record. 

A field technician will be responsible for completing the detailed tasks in the starting to finishing of the client requested project. A strong ability to problem solve as well as a strong knowledge in skilled trades is a must. This role will be responsible for not only the completion of specified trades, but also trade specific training of staff seeking promotion. A Field Technician will also maintain BKR values while on site with Safety being the first and upmost priority. As a Tier 1 technician who may handle service calls solo, this candidate shall be able to commute with company vehicles, trailers, and will have a excellent driving record.
